Isn't this what you're looking for (right out of the NA manual)?
"With the BAND MAP WINDOW visible, press Ctrl -> (right arrow key),
which will cause a highlighted bar to become visible (movable with the
up/down arrow keys) which allows any station in the window to be
selected. Press Enter to pull the selected station into the logsheet,
or Esc to abort. If a computer-controlled radio is connected, pulling
the station will store the current frequency of the connected radio, and
send the radio to the frequency of the station. Pressing Alt-F4 after
a station is pulled into the logsheet will return the radio to the
original frequency."
