#1 I've had that happen running NA in a Command Prompt / DOS Window /
DOS Shell with Win 95, 98, NT and 2000 but not when I boot straight to
a Command Prompt or boot from a DOS 6.22 floppy and then switch to the
hard drive to run NA. Even with 4000+ QSO's in the log for ARRL DX
from the DX side.
#2 Dunno - haven't messed with 2 radios.
