VER20101105, Version entity is Dodecanese, SV5


        Overall changes:

    * In SA_cty.dat (WriteLog) and both CTY_WT.dat and CTY_WT_MOD.dat
      (Win-Test), prefixes for Argentina with the number '0' (i.e. LT0F)
      were missing
    * Restored Russian prefixes beginning with RI, RP and RR


        Added/changed Callsigns/prefixes:

    * TO9RRG is Guadeloupe, FG
    * TO5T is Martinique, FM
    * GB50RNARS is Wales, GW


        Retired Callsigns/prefixes:

    * N7I in Hawaii, KH6
    * VK100WIA in Australia, VK
