The only change was to reduce the number of exceptions in COUNTRY.DAT
so that NA 10.59 does not crash when loading the file. All
full-calls listed under Argentina, LU, as well as GB calls under
Scotland, GM and Wales, GW were removed. The built-in limit seems to
be about 2178 calls/prefixes. This version has 2156 calls/prefixes.
