PLEASE NOTE: Effective in 2008, the low power and QRP score multipliers have
been changed to 1.5 and 3 from 2 and 4. This does not affect the QSO point
multiplier
that is received for working low power or QRP stations, which remains at
2 and 4.
Does this require a change to the software because I know the logs are adjusted
to correct the scores and include the X2 and X4 receive multipliers?
