There is no way to do this. The .MLT files are compared against the
QTH/location field to determine multipliers, not the callsign field.
It seems like making certain callsigns into multipliers is a characteristic
of certain state QSO parties. NA does not support it because it only
benefits a few events, so I don't deem it sufficiently important to spend
my coding time on.

counting
