[na-user] Download v10.14

I have been trying to download v10.14 for several days from the LTA
BBS.  However, it doesnt seem to recognize me as a registered user,
even though I bought v10.13 some time ago.  I left a message for K3LR
on the board per instructions, but no response.

Any help or suggestions?
