Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2018 Jun 16 1230 UTC.
Solar Activity
24 hr Summary: Solar activity remained very low. Region 2713 (N05E22, Bxo/beta), the only spotted region on the disk, was quiet and continued to exhibit slow decay over the past 24 hours. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed over the past 24 hours.
Forecast: Solar activity is expected to remain very low over the next three days (16-18 Jun).
Energetic Particle
24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux ranged from normal to moderate levels while the greater than 10 MeV proton flux remained at background levels.
Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to remain at normal to moderate levels over the next three days (16-18 Jun) and background levels are expected for the greater than 10 MeV proton flux.
Solar Wind
24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters, as measured by the DSCOVR spacecraft, reflected a nominal solar wind regime. Total magnetic field strength was at or below 4 nT while the Bz component varied between +3 nT to -4 nT. Solar wind speeds ranged between 290-350 km/s while the phi angle remained in a predominately negative orientation.
Forecast: Nominal solar wind conditions are expected over days one and two (16-17 Jun). A weak enhancement from a positive polarity CH HSS is anticipated on day three (18 Jun).
Geospace
24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was at quiet levels.
Forecast: The geomagnetic field expected to continue at quiet levels for days one and two (16-17 Jun). Unsettled levels are likely on day three (18 Jun) due to the anticipated influence of a weak CH HSS.
