Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2019 Jul 02 1230 UTC.
Solar Activity
24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low under a spotless visible disk. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available coronagraph imagery.
Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be very low on 02-04 Jul.
Energetic Particle
24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was normal, and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux was at background values.
Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to be at normal levels 02-04 Jul, and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to continue at background levels.
Solar Wind
24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters reflected ambient, background conditions. Total field strength was near 6 nT at forecast time while the Bz component remained around -3 nT. Solar winds ranged from 340-380 km/s through most of the period before droping to around 320 km/s by forecast time. The phi angle oscillated between positive and negative throughout the period.
Forecast: The solar wind environment is anticipated to remain primarily in an ambient, background-like state on 02-03 Jul and into most of 04 Jul. Weak enhancements in the solar wind environment are expected late on 04 Jul with the proximity of an approaching CIR ahead of an isolated, negative CH HSS.
Geospace
24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was mostly quiet throughout the period.
Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be primarily quiet 02-03 Jul. The approach of a CIR, ahead of a CH HSS late on 04 Jul, is likely to result in unsettled conditions, with a chance for an isolated active period.
