Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2019 Jul 23 1230 UTC.
Solar Activity
24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low. Region 2745 (N02W42) decayed to plage. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available coronagraph imagery.
Forecast: Solar activity is expected to remain very low 23-25 Jul.
Energetic Particle
24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was at normal levels, and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux maintained background values.
Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to be at normal to moderate levels 23-25 Jul due to recent solar wind speed increases. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to continue at background levels.
Solar Wind
24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters reflected a slightly enhanced solar wind environment. Solar wind speed ranged from 350-450 km/s, total field strength varied from 1 to 6 nT, and the Bz component averaged between +/- 4 nT. The phi angle began the period in the positive sector until ~22/1610 UTC when it rotated into a mostly negative sector.
Forecast: The solar wind environment is expected to remain near background levels, with possible weak enhancements due to minor influences of weak, CH HSS connections on 23-25 Jul.
Geospace
24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet to unsettled due to weak enhancements in the solar wind environment.
Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be quiet to unsettled on 23-25 Jul due to periodic, weak enhancements in the solar wind environment.
