Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2020 Sep 05 1230 UTC.

Solar Activity

24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low. No sunspots or Earth-directed CMEs were observed.

Forecast: Solar activity is expected to continue at very low levels on 05-07 Sep.

Energetic Particle

24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux reach high levels this period, with a peak flux of 15,300 pfu at 04/1515 UTC. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux was steady at background levels throughout the period.

Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to be at moderate to high levels on 05-07 Sep. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to persist at background levels throughout the forecast period.

Solar Wind

24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were at nominal levels with solar wind speed between 383-431 km/s. Total field was steady at 4-5 nT while the Bz component was between +/-4 nT. Phi angle settled into a predominantly positive sector after 04/1240 UTC.

Forecast: Solar wind parameters are expected to persist at near-background levels under a nominal solar wind regime on 05-07 Sep.

Geospace

24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet to unsettled.

Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be mostly quiet on 05-07 Sep under a nominal solar wind regime.
