He is refering to the ones that use the houses wiring to create a "zone" of
protection, radiating FROM the houses wiring, so I don't think they are audio,
although there are some type that have a small piezo to generate ultra high
frequency.
I would bet on these Pulsing digital RF units to be bad RFI genreatoers, but
havnt tried them nor know of anyone who has them.
