This argument by the BPL industry doesn't pass the smell test.  If the BPL
industry truly felt that the ARRL was spreading misinformation regarding
their technology they would do what any other well-financed business would
do in their situation.....file a lawsuit against the ARRL.

But then, maybe they don't want the real truth about their flawed technology
to see the light of day in a courtroom in front of a jury.
