When I read pigtails, I was thinking of how a lot of those ranges come out of the box, one short gray pigtail with three or four wires ready to be connected to a plug or junction box, didn't think of you adding more or jumpers to try and control RFI. When I commented, I was thinking of running the factory range cord through one big torroid.
