[RFI] Constant 1100 hz Tone on 21.095

Hello,

 

I've noticed a constant 1100 hz tone carrier recently on 21.095 USB.

 

At first I thought it was local but I've asked a few ham friends 60 miles
away and they all hear it. From Louisiana it seems to be from a northerly
direction. It seems to be propagational as it has qsb.

 

What crossed my mind was a harmonic from a unknown source.

 

Does anyone have any input to my question?
