Looks like you can upload, type, or cut and paste; they're all supported.
Per the menu, attachments to filings seem likewise supported by the upload
method. For example, suppose you wanted to upload a .wav file, or a JPEG of
a spectrum analyzer display; it looks like you can do that too.
