Hello Gents,
I'm very close to having some smoke detectors installed in a new addition, and
the local code says more are needed, (than what I already have).These will be
chained together so if one starts to make noise, they all make noise. They are
connected to main power with a battery back up.I've instructed the installer to
use twisted pair wiring to link them all. Thank you all for that wise decision!
So is there a preferred model which is less susceptible to RF?
I have a choice between two models that he wants to use but I haven't gotten
their model numbers yet to know what he has in mind.
