#1: It's THEIR problem, don't let them make it yours. Insist that they
fix it. Bug them until they fix it. The guys who pushed Uverse to do
that did a great service to the ham community. Now it's your turn. :)
#2: IF the RF is being coupled on the coax shield acting as an RX
antenna, a SERIOUS common mode choke on the coax MIGHT help.
#3: IF the RF is coupling as a differential into the box directly, or
onto unshielded balanced wiring connected to the box, the only solution
likely to be something like what was described in the first post in this
thread.
