Have you had any luck in locating the source? If you believe that it
is in another companies area then yes you should contact them. I
imagine both or all three companies communicate. Maybe you could get
them both to come out and help?

electrical utility to the North ( I live at the extreme South end of
town) but don't have any, serious, noise issues that direction.
