Recently I measured the RFI emitting from a Tesla Power Wall 3 connected
to a solar array all of which was connected to the grid. I used a tuned
loop into a receiver. The loop receives signals 26 dB down from a 40m
inverted Vee up 40 feet.Expecting a broad band signal from an inverter,
I was surprised to here a relative pure carrier every 250 kHz.These
carriers were -95 dBm (S-9 + 22) with my loop 280 feet away. Here are
two spectra for 20m and 40m, along with a time domain capture. The
enhanced noise is where the loop tuned.
Has anyone else observed this?
