I CHOSE SMA after going to several installations to check for RFI.
I have 2 5000watt units...NO NOISE...
ON MAY 1ST I made 69kWh !!!! The company was also the subject of a QST article by KQ6RS. In a word, SolarEdge is notorious for RFI problems due to their microinverters. The system installed next door is one of the reasons I no longer have a home station, if that tells you anything. But if the installer can supply Enphase, then you have a chance. If I had a choice, I’d go with a single, central inverter. -Gary NA6OI have talked with the company (Sun Run Installation). He is going to check Solar Edge micro inverters to see if problems. I believe they use Solar Edge but they have and can put Enphase micro inverters instead at a slightly higher cost. Thoughts??? Robert T.
