Hi Gary,
For what it's worth, the Mall of America in Bloomington Mn has all LED lighting
for the massive parking ramp. I go there a lot in the winter for walking early
in the mornings and with my HF mobile I've not heard an increase in noise from
the LED lighting over the old lighting.
