“due diligence” is a convenent phrase when they have no other. It’s being
over used more and more I see.
This solar panel craze is going to be more and more of a problem as time goes
on. The FCC should start handing out fines. As far as a class action, that
would take years. Forget it.
Hams will be second fiddle in this battle.

with federal regulations.
She should have such information readily available, if things are as she claims.
Also, ask her what she considers "due diligence", when the issues/violations
continue to exist without being addressed.
Even the most mediocre of corporate shills should realize they are setting
themselves up for a fall.
