True, though there are quite a few "modules" on the market now that
have the photovoltaic cells on the sunny side and a small inverter on
the dark side, so from a layman's point of view "solar panels cause
RFI" may be correct in some cases.
But no, photovoltaic cells are RF quiet ... accouterments attached to
them, maybe not so much.
