I use a TP-Link Wifi adaptor for my shack tower PC which is a custom build
with an It works fine on either USB 2.0 or USB 3.0. My only hangup is that
of setting the DHCP to "auto". Windows doesn't make it easy to access this
setting. Even the "Troubleshooter" sometimes finds it and sometimes
doesn't find the setting. I'm using an AMD processor, 64-bit, 6 core, 3.9
GHz, and Win 10 Home, 64-bit.
From all the emails, I believe Win 11 breaks a lot of applications which
did just fine in the past. Once again, what has MS done other than
discouraging upgrades to 11 ???!!!
