Jim, we got Starlink about 5 or so months ago. The PSU is part of the WiFi
antenna unit inside the house. I have noticed absolutely no noise from the
unit. We have the flat panel antenna outside and not the dish. I have not
sniffed it closely with the spectrum analyzers, but I don't notice anything
on HF. Of course, I found the RF emissions from the system up in the GHz
range.
