I have a problem where I get huge static crashes whenever the wind
blows. This happens on all my antennas (leading me to think the problem
is external) and I can hear it on at least 40-15M (I haven't tried on
other bands).
I've almost built the RFI detector from the March 2001 QST, but I keep
getting held up completing the Moxon antenna.
My questions are: would that be a good DF rig? Does this sound like
power line noise?
