I have an S9+ noise on 80M day and night, but it occasionally goes away. Its a reoccurring pattern, pay attention to 15 seconds into the video.  I've shut my house down and run on battery, its not me. Any idea what to look for other than a just a power supply? Thanks,

A wide rf spectrum waterfall would help a lot in suggesting possible sources of this noise. Get the widest span you can for the bands you care about.
