[RTTY] Reminder

In RTTY Roundup one of the multipliers is the District of Columbia. (DC).
This doesn't happen very much in US contests.  This should make 
Eric, W3DQ, very popular.

If a station sends you MDC there is a problem. It's either MD or DC.
Just something to be on the lookout for.
