got the Rascal in the mail and am attempting to set it up. Turning the
computer on first with just the desktop running, turn on the rig and it
immediately goes into transmit mode, vox off, no way to dis-able as long as
the Rascal is hooked to rig or computer. What should I look for? Thanks 73's
