[RTTY] WF1B v5 Runtime Error

Hi,

I wanted to operate ARRL RTTY for a little while using
WF1B v5 on a 200 MHz Pentium with 64 Meg of RAM running
Windows 95, but booted into DOS.  Seems to me this worked
fine last year.

Now, the program comes up and, after a couple of minutes,
produces the message:

Runtime error 216 at 0016:3DFE.

and returns to the DOS prompt.

Any idea as to what I'm doing wrong and how to fix it?
