   Whenever you change rules, it is going to make someone unhappy.

I think we have to suggest tweeks that will make everyone less
unhappy, if possible.
During big contests now, we're down that low (or would be if 15 would
open), and there's no requirement that we work that low usually.
OTOH, maybe suggesting a common bottom end of .073 (easy to remember)
would suffice.  

   It does look like we get a decent amount of bandwidth to play in.  All 
   we have to do is QSY a little.  Life is not so bad (except for the 80M 
   DX which W7TI mentioned).

I definitely think that we should try to get that 80M window opened,
or work on getting the JA's more flexibility.

   I really don't mind using PostIt notes.  Just don't make me memorize 
   all that right away.

   Hey, does this mean the SSTV will have to give up 14230?  Chuckle.

I don't think so. That's not a digital mode, it's an image mode.
