[RTTY] Final Call for Logs - SARTG, SCC, Russian RTTY & CIS

This is the last call for Cabrillo logs for SARTG, SCC, Russian RTTY and the CIS
RTTY contests.

I hope to have a new RTTY callsign database out by the end of the week depending
whether Hurricane Ivan heads this way or not.

If you haven't sent your logs already, please send me Cabrillo only logs in the
format yourcall.log for each contest.
