Since you can be a W6 in FL or a K2 in AZ etc., I would like to see Grid
Squares replace 599 in ALL contests.... with the provision that top guns are
allowed to send (for example) DM13 while the losers can send DM12cv if they
want.
I'll submit the idea to the ARRL and CQ when I have some time to waste.
