Guiys, I have previously stated that I accidentally forgot to put the
" [HI] " (and don't use quotes,)  as the first line in the file.

If your previous friend.ini file worked, it is something with your
machine. That file was almost 2 times greater in length.

Just edit the file and insert [HI] centered above the first call.
