Yup, happens with DSP decoded and generated PSK signals too. You can fill the whole spectrum with trash by mearly overdriving the sound card input. Then try make friends by informing everyone that their transmitted signals are plaugued by the IMD that is being caused locally by your sound card being overdriven.
