[RTTY] USOS Transmitting Again

I thought that 2-Tone automatically had USOS on transmit and tit was not 
changeable. Does it?

My report was 599 WA WA.  When I changed it to 599 WA-WA it seemed to stop 
getting resend requests. I have always used 599 WA WA.

I got many reports from stations that I was sending 2- for WA in the RTTY 
roundup. This is the first time I had this happen.

I used 2-Tone in 5KHz AFSK mode to a converter to FSK to my IC7600 and IC7410.

Ideas?
