Good question, I don't know the answer and looks like nobody does.
I have been participating in this contest since 2007 and each time I sent my
log but I am never listed in the results.
Last year I emailed the organizers, in spanish, asking if they had received
my logs why I wasn't listed and the emailed me back asking me to send them
my results...
