Hi Bill,
I got a similar looking email from "you" with the ARI scores about a month
ago, remember?
That was most certainly not a "local" problem (and by that I mean a case of
improper settings.). I looked at that one on my desktop, both on- and
offline, laptop, and phone... they all looked the same: wrong.
I'm starting to think there's an email server somewhere between you and the
recipient that's dropping a few bits or bytes. Possibly causing the
character set to change, which would result in weirdness like this. Nothing
you can do much about...
