As a newcomer to SD, any pointer appreciated -
1. Where to type "COPY CQWWCW04.ALL TEST.ALL"
    or equivalent.
2. Does the prog automatically select the correct .CTY or .MLT file, or any 
acction required by me.   Do these need updating?
