One possible explanation is that you may be running SDC
with a icon that is pointing to another folder.
Try using Windows Start / Search for SDC.EXE - there
may be more than one.
Or - use Windows Start / Run / Browse to locate and run
SDC.EXE in the appropriate folder (usually C:\SD)
