    Fixed QTC tracking and logging for non-EU
    logs.  Thanks VK4TT.

Maryland-DC QSO Party:
    Added support for both sides of this event.

SDCHECK - IOTA:
    In the Cabrillo file, restored the analysis
    of QSOs and mults by band and mode.  Thanks
    EI7GY.

    Fixed the "Multiplier Summary" and "Print
    File" options - IOTA references were not
    shown in full.  Thanks OZ4ZT.
