Paul EI5DI has made his contestsoftware freeware.
He also incorporated the "UBA Welcome to the European Union Contest" on May

Only the windows version supports the WTEU Contest
here is the setup
Start SD with Start/Run/Browse - or create a desktop
shortcut icon for SD.EXE.
Enter any appropriate Contest name.
Select Contest Type 6 - General : Prefix Multipliers
Mode: Enter CW or SSB - SD will run in
mixed-mode
WPX/Oceania/Asia: Enter E (European Union)

That's all there is to it. SD loads EURO.CTY (supplied)
and is now ready to log QSOs. After the contest SDCHECK
will create a Cabrillo log with the correct claimed score.
