The RSGB 1.8 MHz contest takes place this evening, Saturday 15th November, from 2000-2259z inclusive (3 hours).

It's an everyone-works-everyone event on 1810-1850 kHz (CW only).
UK stations send Serial and UK District Code - others send Serial only.

Rules at www.rsgbcc.org/hf/rules/2025/r160m.shtml

SD V22.26 is free from www.ei5di.com

SD will pre-fill many UK district codes, so that you enter the serial only.  With no pre-fill, it's best to type the exchange (serial and district code) as a single field (no space) followed by Enter.

An updated rsgb160.lst call history file is available from www.ei5di.com/sd/rsgb160.zip.  Extract the .lst file to replace the file of the same name in your SD folder.

When logging PA stations, or any others that don't send a serial, enter zero in the Serial field.  For non-UK stations, do not enter anything in the UK District Code exchange field - it's for UK QSOs only.

Take care to update (and test) your CW messages F1 to F6 before the contest, with Shift-FI to Shift-F6.  Suggested contents in the following format - substitute your call and district code as appropriate.

"Running" - F1 to F4 - spaces are significant.  Substitute your call for "EI5DI"

F1 - your CQ call - "EI5DI EI5DI TEST"
F2 - the exchange - "#C 5NN #S XX#E"     Callsign logged, 5NN, Serial Sent, your District Code, Enter
F3 - Thanks you - "TU EI5DI #E"
F4 - Dupe message - same as F2 - it's quicker to work and log dupes.

"S&P" - F5 and F6

F5 - own Call - "EI5DI"
F6 - the exchange - "5NN #S XX#E"

Upload your Cabriilo log (from SDCHECK ), by 23:59 Sunday 16th, to the RSGB Robot at
https://www.rsgbcc.org/cgi-bin/hfenter.pl

73,
Paul EI5DI
