Thanks Les, I just thought there might be an "UNLOAD" command but not worry I 
can do the edit and delete it when I do the next lot of Sprint Contests, the 
reason being is that a lot of people change their names for these tests, but I 
have until next Autumn to sort it out Hi!!

This may be a daft question but I honestly dont know the anwswer, to turn on a 
list in SD eg ;- FOC list you type in LOAD? and then it asks you for the .LST 
file, which for example is FOC it loads it, my question is HOW DO YOU TURN IT 
OFF ???

Hi John, load another  .LST to replace that one, or open  SD.INI in a text 
editor (notepad or similar) near the bottom you will see the entry for LOAD, 
just delete the file name.
