[SD-User] SD in the Marathon

Updated call history and SCP files for SD users in the Marathon are 
available from www.ei5di.com/sd/focsd.zip
Extract focsd.lst and focsd.dta to your C:\SD folder - to replace 
existing files of the same name.
The call history file includes lookup by membership number.
