[SD-User] K3 Settings With Microham Keyer and SD

Hello, I am looking to interface my Elecraft K3 with a Micro ham 
Microkeyer.  So far I have rig Control. for CAT, but nothing else.  I 
need help in Setting the PTT as well as Win key, as soon as the program 
starts it asserts the PTT Line and holds it active. until I shut down 
the Radio and turn it back on.  Than it is fine until I send anything on 
CW and once again it locks in PTT and wont go off.
