Does the latest version of SD support RSGB AFS for cw on 40 and 80m

This will be supported in V18.13 - to be released this
weekend. It's a two-line change in the template file
QRSGAFS.TPL.

Here are the preliminary release notes

V18.13 December 2015

UKEI DX Contest
SDCHECK - Cabrillo logs. The Section, UKEI or DX,
corresponding to your call, defaulted to the wrong
option. Fixed. The Section, UKEI or DX, was repeated
    for each Cabrillo headers. Fixed.

When editing previously logged QSOs, some callsign
prefixes, for example MI, were not recognised as
UK prefixes. In turn, the District Code field
could not be accessed. Fixed. Thanks EI2KA.

RSGB 1.8 MHz Contests:
    Updated for 2016 rules. CW-only.

RSGB AFS - CW:
Updated the template file to permit logging on
    both 40m and 80m

PACC Contest:
Multipliers now count by band and by mode.

WinKey:
When connected, whether at startup or later, the
COM port and WinKey version number (the chip) are
shown. For example, "WinKey Com5 - V24". This
confirms that WinKey has been enabled, and the
    version number helps with diagnostics.

NRRL Fylkestest:
Dupe checking is now reset each hour (as the hour
changes) when logging in real-time. Previously, the
    SETDUPE command was required.

For post-contest logging, SETDUPE may be used as
before, but it's easier to ignore it, then restart
SD and let it rescore the log.

73,
Paul EI5DI
