For SD, the option is "UKEICC DX, SSB"
Work everyone; send serial + 2-character District Code, or
serial only if outside the UK/EI. No reports are needed.
For the UK, these codes are the same as the RSGB codes.
For EI, the codes are 2-characters, not 3 as usual; check
the rules to confirm your code.
Mults are UK/EI districts, and other DXCC countries, by band.
Other contests may overlap. Log the serial and ignore any
other exchange element.
