The Delaware QSO Party takes place, in two periods, from
17:00 UTC Saturday 7th February to 05:00 UTC Sunday 8th
February, and from 13:00 UTC Sunday to 01:00 UTC (Monday).

Delaware entrants work everyone. Others work Delaware
only. Exchange 59(9) + State/Province/Country.
